From 1993 to 2018 I was involved in a number of ways with light aviation. Both fixed wing and helicopters, historic and modern. Primarily as a photographer with commissions to take photos for the leading aviation magazines in the UK and abroad and commissions from aircraft owners and operators. With digitalisation of photography the industry took a hit with many "camera owners" prepared to work without a fee. With the need of the  "art" of photography removed and the reduction of the technical knowledge needed my customers were happy to settle for the work of the enthusiast. With unenforceable copyright laws my work was widely copied and distributed without permission and payment and the trust I had with the customer was lost. I took casual work at Rochester Airport in Kent. Grund crewing for Historic flights, Helicopters ( AV8 Helicopters Ground ops)
